Hi, I’m Wendy McClung. I’m an educational leader who cares deeply about creating schools where every student feels seen, supported, and capable of thriving. As an Assistant Principal in Redlands Unified, I focus on building strong relationships, supporting staff, and designing programs that help all learners—especially those who need it most—access meaningful opportunities.
My background spans teaching, career technical education, community engagement, and expanded learning. I’ve built health science pathways, partnered with local organizations, and helped families connect with college and career options. No matter the role, my goal is always the same: to make learning accessible, equitable, and inspiring.
I hold a Master’s in Education Administration and a passion for systems that uplift students academically, socially, and emotionally. At heart, I’m driven by connection, collaboration, and the belief that school should be a place where every child feels they belong.
